By installing or using Edgi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Edgi runs open-source AI models entirely on your device. You choose which models to download; the App then runs them locally to generate text, audio, transcriptions, translations, and similar outputs. The App requires no account and operates offline after models are downloaded. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. The App and its original code are provided under the licenses described in the App's "Third-party licenses" section; the individual AI models you download are subject to their own licenses, which the App surfaces before download.
AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive content. Outputs are generated automatically on your device and are not reviewed by us. Do not rely on outputs for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You use outputs at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
